People ask us "What is RAWK'n Grub?" Well, it represents our concept pure and simple! We take RAW local ingredients and put a Rock'N Chefs spin on good ol' Americana grub! While I may be able to make everything on our menu, we will source out local small artisans to provide, breads, produce, tortillas, stone ground grits etc in order to support other small local businesses as we spread their product far and near!
